Out of the blue I'm getting a message notifitying me of my sim not being recognised, no network connection or 5G.
I've had this phone and number for some time and have never had issues before. I've attempted to turn on and off a few times but nothing seems to fix it.
When reviewing my networks, theres nothing there, including the Sky network to connect to, just a prompt to set up something I thought was already done.
Any suggestions welcome

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll you can do is to contact Sky so they can get out a replacement sim for you. If you don't have another phone you can use then Sy can be contacted via social media.
