Phone swap

Upgraded to new sky phone on swap, sent my old device back as you do, just seen I'm still paying for that phone plus new one, I've got post office proof I sent it back

It takes a while for the returned device to be processed, checked for damage and its value confirmed. Just keep that proof of posting safe. This isn't something the Messaging Team can assist with like they can with Sky Q or router returns.
