I absolutely will, it seems there are quite a few in a similar position. A 'trusted' service provider essentially defrauding its customers. I feel this is worthy of a class action lawsuit.
I have been a Sky customer for many years, this experience, will however mark the end of that, once current contracts are ended.
As an update to all. Sky have finally creditted my account the £300 owed. Not sure if this was because of me raising a complaint with the FOS or just timing.... but this is now settled for me.
Good luck to everyone still fighing - I know I will be moving from Sky as soon as my contract is up!
