Phone swap

I have an iphone 15 pink and it is cracked only at the back and the front is perfectly fine only minor scratches. If i wanted to get a phone swap would they let me and how much would they take off

Apple list a replacement at £169 so it could reduce the trade in significantly.

Hi @desprv  as part of the swap process an estimate of value is given but that can change.

i dont mind but ifni give them the phone how will that work? will i pay for both?

If you agree a swap then any residual difference is payable (or credited) in full on the next bill.

If you swap at the usual time and the phone's condition is as expected this would usually mean nothing to pay.

Here, you could have to pay a significant one-off amount.
