Phone returned

So I did a swap because my phone broke and sent my old phone back and got a new one you guys have sent back the old phone and now I'm paying for 2 ? No email no letter ? What's that about ?

Was this a new device that was faulty? Did you speak to Sky and what did they request you do?

If the phone was 'broken' then its residual value could be £0.  In that case, you still have to pay the outstanding credit on it until cleared...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
