Free ear buds

Was meant to get free galaxy buds with my phone but the phone came but the buds did not

What did the terms of the offer say?  Often they come 30 days later or you have to claim them direct from Samsung.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What phone did you buy and when as the website will have explained what you needed to do if you needed to put in a claim for these.
