Phone not working

Why can't an employee of sky answer the phone when customers try calling from a holiday destination! . This has left me with no phone while I'm here in Albania? .

@Gordy11 Unfortunately long wait times on the phone seem to be the norm at the minute, doesn't help that the bot that initially answer is so awful.

You could try reaching out for help Sky via their social media pages.

Albania is a 'Rest of World' location with high usage charges.  (£2,160 per GB of data)

 

Chances are you've already burnt through your spendcap?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
