New mobile switch

I chose to swap my device for a new one and now it's says in tracking action required and can't get through to a sky operator

No one here can provide an answer.  That's often where there's an issue with the credit check.

 

You'll need to persevere in contacting Sky I'm afraid.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
