Phone has stopped working need idmi number
Mayas phone has stopped working I need her IMEI number to claim a new phone. Do you have it on record

No, as we're other customers here...
If the phone was purchased from Sky then the number should be visible on your account (I can see mine on the MySky app)
Call Sky on 150 if needed.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
