Phone has no service
My phone has no service, will not let me make calls or send text, my mobile data is not working either.
I have only paid for this phone from sky my sim is a giffgaff one, i've never had any issues until today.
how do i fix this ?

@amyburt_2 What make and model is it
although most issues are network related which means it'll be best if you contact giffgaff as it's their network your using

Hi @amyburt_2 i would agree with @SKY1992bf its more likely a giff gaff issue, have you checked with them for any issues in your area ?

I've the exact same problem. Sence 8am.Still have nothing.Shocking is an understatement and I'm seriously thinking of cancelling every.service I have with them.

If your issue is the same as @amyburt_2 has then you will need to speak to Giff Gaff about this as they are your network provider.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
