Wrong Bills update

So I ordered a product and wrong model was sent to me so I returned it, in which sky confirm delivery. To my surprise I was billed for the product first payment and upon all my calls for 5 different times, the issue still hasn't been rectified and it's over a month. What more can I do pls ?

Returns take a number of weeks to be processed (and scheduled billing will continue as normal).

 

You should raise a complaint though.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Billing starts once you have received your phone so that first payment can be taken just 3 days later or in about 14 days if it is set to be taken via a direct debit so even if you set in motion the return on the same day that it was delivered to you that first bill will have been added to your account. You will be refunded once it has been processed so you will not be out of pocket.
