Phone cancelled

Hi i ordered a iphone17 and a sim for £37 per month filled in the credit agreement and it was approved later on i got a email saying it was cancelled and saying if I wanted to know more about my credit score I should go to someone called experian to check my credit score which I did my score came back at 964 out of 999 so why was i denied

No one can tell you.  Here's Sky's info: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/credit-checks-sky-mobile

 

More than just the credit score is considered.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As customers here nobody here can not say why you were declined as we are customers like you so make sure all your details on Experian are correct like your address and name and also that there are no spelling mistakes anywhere. And perhaps speak to Experian themselves to see if they can help.

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. 

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
