It will cost you £2 for every 24 hours you use it as per this:

Calls to local numbers out there are charged at international rates.

The Canary Islands are administered as one of the autonomous communities of Spain, and so Sky Mobile charges their £2 per day (EU) 'roaming' rate to access a UK data, call & text bundle, as @caesarome indicates.
