Phone Swap return

I have received my new phone as part of the Swap process- but received no instructions about how to send my old phone back?

To send back your mobile you can use the packaging your new one came in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it somewhere. If you don't have it or the packaging then call Sky on 150 who will get these sent to you,

Hi thanks - I had lost the original box but I've found it now- instructions and label in there! Thanks again for reply 😊
