Phone Restricted

My sky mobile (iPhone 15 pro max) has been restricted for nearly three weeks due to me not paying my bill in may (I forgot to pay) , I paid the bill as well as Junes bill so that my services would be restored however, i paid the bills 3rd June/10th June. I've also set up a direct debit so I don't have this issue again, My phone still isn't working, I have a young child who is poorly and I'm unable to phone the doctors. I would appreciate any help... I've also turned my phone off, taken my sim out and cleaned it but nothings working.

When did you make this payment to clear what you owed as it can take a day or so for the banks to process the payments, so if you did this yesterday or today then the payment would not be cleared until Monday at the earliest.

@caesarome  I paid 3rd of June for my may bill, 10th June for June bill.
