Issue trying to activate SIM card

Have purchased a new phone for my daughter and tried to activate her SIM card but it keeps saying error try again later. I currently have a sim only contract with sky and brought an extra phone and sim for her.

Via the phone you already have give Sky a call on 150 to see if they can get the sim activated for you.
