Payment pardon

Good evening my name is Zoe I have a contractwith you, however I have been placed in a situation where my home in jamaica was destroyed by hurricane beryl that recently passed. I now have to go back home to sort things out with getting my house and other items replaced and its costing me a lot. I'm kindly asking if I can just be pardoned from just this month's payment please. Help me...

This is a customer helps customer forum but what we can say is that these rules apply to us all in that if a bill isn't paid then the chances are the services will be suspended until the bill has been paid in full and that your payment method has been setup again.
