Hi all,
I signed up to Sky Mobile but cancelled after a few days as the mobile signal and data speed in my area were poor. The cancellation went fine and I am back to my old provider again but when I check my Bills and Payments section in the MySky app it says the bill is overdue.
I had set up payment via my Credit/Debit card but Sky haven't taken the money as I had cancelled before the payment was due to taken.
Would I be best to try to make a payment then the amount will be refunded next month or should I ignore that it says overdue and wait for the Sky mobile bill to disappear from the Bills and Payments section of the MySky app?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be that the bill you are seeing was created before you cancelled as depending on the parnt method this can happen after a few days. You might want to call Sky to check with them to see what they say as they might want you to pay it before it can then be refunded back to you.
