Hi I made a payment of 500£ to my account as mobile payment but its not showing on total reamaining amount is there anything please guide me.

All you can do is to call Sky and explain this to them to see of they can help.
When making a payment like this to help pay off the credit agreement it is advisable to call Sky to let them process it for you.

I did and also payment is showing in credit I'm little confused that the next month direct depet payment will taken from that credit or from bank account.
