I'm trying to purchase an addition device on my sky mobile account for my wife but every time I try too access devices it takes me to a page stating "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
" with a link to "manage my account". Is it because they are closed or is there an issue? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the website isn't working @Jojomc92 then all you can do is to call Sky on 150 to ask them to place the order for you.
