Payment details

Just received a email saying you no longer have my account details, I recently changed from sim only to contract phone and all the account details are exactly the same, I cancelled the sim only and was waiting for my bill

Are you sure these emails was actually from Sky, so does it have a link in it that it wants you to click throigh for example ?
