Paying not going thru

Says I have credit on the app but then got a email saying I am 28 pound over due , but it says this on my old phone 13 and now I got a phone 16 with you lot a few weeks ago ??

 

my direct debit is still the same

Your old phone still has to be paid off even if you returned it to Sky via a swap as it would have told you how much theer was to pay against it so it might be where this £28 has come from.
