Paying double bill, refund help!

Hello, 

 

So I got a sky mobile contract and when my first bill was due it said I didn't have a direct debit. (Couldn't remember if I set one up or not).

So I manually paid the bill. A few days later the bill goes out via DD! 

Is there any way to get this refunded? 

I'd rather not be in credit if I have a DD paying it monthly.
