Payed but can’t use
I've been out of work for 2 months so haven't been able to pay my bill so they deactivated my sim but I was able to get the money together and payed my bill last night but this morning my sims still not working.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It's important to add that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

@Adam168 If your account is in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully cancel your account, that may have happened if you missed 2 months payments, you will have to call Sky to see if that is the case.
You could also try resetting up a continuous payment method to see if your service restarts(it's one of the requirements needed once a service is restricted).
