Mobile Data

My mobile data is showing up as 2-4 bars of 3g/4g/5g yet it is not working at all! Tried resetting my phone and all the troubleshooting tips on sky mobile app but nothings worked, How do i fix this?

Hi @Almac77  have you checked the correct APN settings are stored in your phone ? Any issues in your area ?

Yeah i have tried this unfortunately! I can't surley be an issue in my area as 3/4 of my family members data and service is working fine and it's just mine that isn't, They are all with sky too on the same plan?

Hi @Almac77  i would try your sim in one of their phones and if it's still the same then call sky on 150 for a replacement sim.
