Pay off contract early

Hi

if I pay my mobile contract early can I take out another device.  I'm at my full 5 devices at the moment but only have 2 months left on 2 of my mobile contracts.  If I pay one off can I then take out another contract ?
Thanks

@Mufv1972  yes but you may need to get sky to remove the unwanted devices from the account before you can place an order

You will need to call Sky on 150 to pay it off and ask them about this as it might be that even though it has been paid off you wouldn't be able to order a new device until 150 days has passed as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/credit-agreement-sky-mobile

Max. 7 data plans and 5 active devices per account. If you paid for a device upfront in full, it’ll count as an active device on your account for 150 days from purchase. If you’ve reached your device limit, you won’t be able to upgrade your current devices until you either finish paying for a pay monthly device, or you’ve had a device you paid for upfront in full for more than 150 days.
