Error message

Trying to pay of credit agreement when in upgrade and when I get to the end it just displays an error message have tried the app and on 2 diffrent web browsers and still happening been trying for days

I would give Sky a call as they should be able to do this for you. 150 is the free number to call them on so say nothing when asked questions by the bot so it directs you to a call handler.
