Partners Account blocked

My partner was sent a fake iPhone. 
The account has been black flagged so can not log in. 
Tried calling and chat, get sent a new sim but can't activate it.

As customers here only, there is nothing we can do for you if the account has been blocked for whatever reason.

I am a customer also. But the plan is in his name but can't sign into his an account to create a discussion.
Multiple phone calls and complaints have been made and no one can sort it.

Have you tried changing the password on the account as I don't think this message is anything to do with being blocked but more likely a security issue has locked your account:

If so is your surname filled in, if not fill it in and save the change then try again with the password link.

I had the same locked account issue a couple of years ago and it took me 3 calls before someone could sort it so all you can do is to suggest doing this and/or put in a complaint if you continue to get nowhere:
