Phone not delivered and returned
i ordered a phone which was meant to arrive on 21st December. I had a lot of issues with the delivery company which resulted in me putting in a formal complaint. They sent my phone back to Sky and i havent heard anything else. I want to order it again asap but worried i'll end up having two phone contracts

Don't put in another order until you have phoned Sky and asked them why your order was returned to them.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
