Pac code

Where abouts do I find my pac code within the app, I can't txt them as I have no signal with the, hence why I am leaving the, I have already spoken to.them and they said it will be in my app

Hi John

I have just rung them and he has checked my sim car. And yes it has changed over to an esim somehow. He is no sending me a replacement sim card to activate so I can finally get my pac code.

Hi @Iangrieve  you can't find your PAC in the app, you have been misinformed. If you can't get it by text they should be able to give you it over the phone.

How else can I get my pac code they are being really difficult. 

This is their fault from the start and don't seem to be interested about sorting it out.

Hi @63johnw 

Iv spoken to people 3 times now I think. They say yeah it's fine to but we have to send your pac code via txt. Which I have told them approx 300 times now lol that they can not send me a txt because I have no network with them. 

Would my new supplier be able to request the pac code from sky mobile on my behalf. ??

No @Iangrieve  it has to be you. Can you not travel to an area with a better signal to receive the code ? Have you tried WiFi calling and connecting to your home WiFi to receive the texts ?

I drove 30 miles away from my house on Saturday and it didn't connect to another mast, I can't even do WiFi calling off my home wifi, which i am using now, I have told them all this. My phone says emergancy calls only.

I mentioned that aswell, they hadn't even offered me one ...they are totally useless. They told me 'I'm not sure if we can do that'

Using the my sky app or via your online account @Iangrieve navigate to your sim and there should be an option to order a replacement one.

Have looked it says activate your 'esim' 

I havnt got an esim as my phone doesn't allow them
