Have you activated the Sky sim ?

No, I can't do either sim as they haven't set up the e-sim or sent me the phone yet.

If you have ordered an esim then you will need to wait until you have got the phone and activated the sim. You have 31 days to give Sky the pac code and that starts on the day you got it from your previous network supplier.

Thank you for your help, it is appreciated.  I only hope that I get the phone before February 🙂
