PROOF OF USAGE AND CONTRACT !!!!!!

THIS IS the most ANNOYING process ever!!! its been months of going back and forth trying to get this information for my insurance form!! they require this information in PDF form 

i need proof of usage and contract stating my name address number imei number and cost in pdf form and NONE of the contracts provide this ive called sky numerous times many numbers not working i asked could they help me or send me this information in PDF file and so many didnt help me at ALL this is the worst network ever ive called many times and still got no where!!! , not one person on the phone told me how to get the usage i had to find it myself and then on the website it wont let me download the PDF file! then sky said they cant send me it in PDF file because im not a customer longer than a year ???? then they said they sent me a contract and it has absolutely nothing i need on it so it was pointless and they wont accpet this then i was just told go on the website and write to the skys whattsapp number?? WHICH IS A BOT!!!!!! CAN some PLEASE PLEASE help me A REAL person not a bot! as my insurance form wont process the application without the information in PDF file and the website or network provider wont help with this at all.

As per Skys website ~

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."

So look for your credit agreement which will be in your message centre:

Tried this and on the sky website it won't let me download the PDF file and then gives me the option to print but I need the PDF file 😩

Never had an issue downloading PDF's from the site but if you can print then use a print to PDF driver.
