PHONE BILL

Why is my bill showing up at 49 pounds? It should be 43, I got the SIM card on the Black Friday deal

The usual reason is that your first bll after you activated this Black Friday deal sim covers a longer period than the usual 4 weeks so it might cover 4 weeks and a few days so have you checked to see what your future bills show ?

Hi @Bethsblack  as well as what @caesarome  has said did you get a deal applied to an existing sim or did you take out a new plan ?
