Sent old phone back and still on bill

Hi my husband and I upgraded our phones for new phones the other day. My husbands was a direct swap which covered the cost of what was left owed on his bill. I had to find £28 which I was happy to come off on our next bill. 

I sent back the phones but have just checked as the bill has come out and I have been charged for 4 handsets. I.e the two new phones and the two old phones. What do I do? Thanks

It's taking around 2-3 weeks to process returns I believe.  Of course, you won't be out of pocket as the additional payment will be kept on your account to further offset the swap values.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
