PAC numbers

Been waiting for 6 hours for a pac  number

How did you apply for it, via sending the text to the network you want to remove from or by calling them ?

I phoned sky from my daughters phone who said we send one to your daughters phone by text and one to you by email. But guess what nothing

Are you planning on moving both yours and your daughters numbers from Sky to another network, if so then select the "keep your number (pac)" option here and send the text from both mobiles for the codes:

Hi @thomas+5  why don't you just Text 'PAC' to 65075 from your phone ? If it's your phone you are porting the number from ?

Then you need to use your phone if it is your number you are trying to get the pac code for.

The problem is my phone won't work

Then put your sim in your daughters phone because if hers is unlocked then you should be able to do it via this way. Moving the number to a different network might not fix your phone issue.
