PAC code

I am an existing customer of sky. I am in the process of upgrading my mobile. I stated to keep my number. I requested my PAC code, I entered it but it says it's an invalid code. I have returned to the order page and the order process has gone. Has the order been processed? Have I been charged the upfront cost? I really need to speak to someone

Hi @Ali.70 for your information you can't use a PAC to transfer your number from one sky sim to another. Any new sim will have a new number. The only workaround is to use the PAC to transfer your number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim.

@Ali.70

As we are customers here we can not see if you order has been placed or not so you will either have to call or use one of the social media links to get in touch with Sky about this.

When calling Sky, if this si what you are doing, say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
