@ShellRogers1958  You're not contacting Sky customer services via this route, this is a customer helps customer community.

 

No one from Sky will know who you are or your account details from your post.

 

If you requested a PAC as long as it's no used nothing will happen.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Just ignore/don't use the pac then nothing will happen.
