Overcharged for my bill

Hi, My payment date was on 2nd Nov, it was auto debit from my account, the amount wasn't still taken from my account till 3rd Nov. Not to delay the payment I paid the amount from my another bank account. Today I checked it got auto debited again from my account. In short I paid twice for my bill.

As the 2nd was a Saturday your payment wouldn't have been taken as banks don't usually take it at the weekend which is why it was taken today.

 

Do you now see a credit for the payment you made because if you do we can arrange some help on here to get it refunded back to you if you can confirm you see this credit ?

Hi I paid my bill using sky account and you have taken another amount out.  Please can you either return it to my account.

Did you make a manual paymenty when you didn't need to as Sky have taken it via your usual payment method, if so do you now see a credit on your account as it is this that can be refunded so let us know if you see this credit as we can then ask Sky to contact you via here about this.
