Over payment

We have 2 mobile phones so wanted to pay the phones off, £441 per phone however it looks like we have paid 3 times... can the third payment be reversed?

Hi @Stacy10  payments can't be reversed but once they appear on your account as credit then refunds can be arranged. That's something some of the users here can help get sorted.

What makes you say you believe you have paid this three times, do you see a credit on your account for this amount ?

I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16 but didn't send the iPhone 14 back to sky however I continued to pay for it and then after so long I ended up paying the end payment so the phone was paid off fully. 

I have noticed that I'm still paying for this iPhone 14 when I should not be. 

can you explain why I've been paying for this phone still even after I did an end payment on it.

Hi @xsophiemariexo  what contract did you have ? Swap 24 is actually a 36 month contract.
