Regarding new contract order

So I've applied for a iPhone 15 via contract. It's successfully been accepted through credit check etc but it's not letting me go forward with paying the upfront charge. I've tried speaking to virtual assistant and they are sending me links which are not helping - thanks

You will have to call Sky about this and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
