Over paid

Hello. I paid my missed payment of £49.26 and then sky took ANOTHER £49.26 out of my account. I am in need of a refund ASAP

If an automated payment is bounced then it's retried 10 days later.  Making a manual payment counts against next month's bill.

Sky can refund once your account is showing a credit but takes 3-5 working days.

Please confirm your account is showing a credit.

This only applies to a direct debit and not a continuous card payment..
