If you're in a Rest of World location then calls will be chargeable.

 

Either increase (or remove) your spend cap - but be aware of the cost implications.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi,I upped my spend cap and I still can't make a call, even removed it and still won't let me

Hi @Rpaul  have you tried making a small payment (perhaps £10 as others have done this) towards your bill, this sometimes reactivates the phone.
