You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.


Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

 

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre


Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

From the answer link:

  1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy A56 between 30th July and 19th August 2025 and claim a Galaxy Fit3, silicone case and 45W charger.

  2. To redeem this offer, visit samsungoffers.claims/galaxyapackpart2 and submit your claim within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Samsung will approve valid claims within 7 working days.

  4. Maximum 1 claim per product purchased. Maximum 4 claims per household. See below for full terms and conditions.
