Outgoing calls on mobile

I cannot make outgoing calls from my mobile. Not getting a dialling time and just blank/silence if I dial a number?! Was fine last time I called out! Anyone else having problems??

My phone is also doing ng the same ( I can't make calls or receive calls ) just silence when I try and call ! 

Have you managed to resolve the issue ?
