Hi,
I have been experiencing the same problem since Wednesday 6th August. I can't receive and make calls. There has been a phone mast fault and engineers have been working on this still. I been informed that compensation will apply for the amount of time we've been experiencing loss of services. As Sky uses the O2 network you can stay updated on what the O2 network service is.
