Orders

I made an order with you on saturday 10th for a pink ipad. i havent had any confirmation email and when i log into my sky account online it tells me that i have no orders. i would like to know when my ipad will be arriving

We are Sky customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.


After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.
