Outbound calls seem to be a problem recently. you make a call and you get no dialing out tone coming through your handset and when the other person answers the call, there is no sound, just silent. it finally works after multiple attempts and if the person rings you back, it then works perfectly fine therefore, inbound calls are not affected. my colleague has a sky mobile as well and he is also experiencing the same problem.
