How long is my contract

My contract says 24 months but on my account says my renewal date is September 2025 which is three years

Swap24 is a 36 month contract as what the 24 refers to is that after 24 months you can swap your device for another one and usually pay no more for it as Sky will give you a value for it which should be enough to pay the remaining 12 months off. If you don't want to swap then you keep paying for it as you might see you pay slightly less for the last 12 months.
