Ordering replacement sim card

Need to oder replacement sim card but can't find away to order new replacement on my account

You can only do this by getting in touch with Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

 

If you don't have a phone that you can use then the other option is to contact Sky via social media as there are links at the bottopm of this page. The can also be contacted via WhatsApp.
