I'm tryna to order a replacement sim as the one I have has stopped working. I went into a sky store and they said to go onto manage sims on the app and order from there however the only option on there is to activate a new one not order one. I tried calling but both times they haven't been able to help me. I cannot find the option to order a new one anywhere.
I just want to order a replacement SIM card so I can replace the broken one but nothing is working. Please can I be advised on how to actually order a new one.

What reason did they give for not being able to help you? You do need to contact Sky Customer Services for this

I was asked to provide an account password from when I set up sky mobile however I couldn't provide it as it was years ago and the only one I have is incorrect. I tried to ask where I could find or change this password to be able to get a new sim and they said they weren't able to share that information with me.

The link unfortunately doesn't work for me. It just takes me to an option for an esim which isn't what I'm looking for

This would be the telephone password that they are asking for and as far as we know if the password can't be recalled then Sky should ask other questions that you as the account holder should be able to answer so they can recognise that you are the account holder so I take it they didn't do this ?

unfortunately not. I asked if I could provide any other sucurity questions for example my account number, address etc but they said they needed the password or they couldn't help
